SP Guns-N-Ammo follows all Federal, State and Local firearms laws. The following policies are not indicitive of the entire 50 States. Please be aware of
YOUR Local, State and Federal Laws prior to ordering. Please review the following policies:
-Must be
18 years old to purchase ammunition. Must be
21 years old to purchase Handgun Ammunition and/or Firearms. (Proof of age and residency required to be on file, by way of a completed
Ammunition Waiver for all ammunition orders prior to ordering)
-Purchaser must have a C&R License (03), FFL License(01) or FFL "Dealer Transfer" on file BEFORE firearm orders are shipped. C&R's and FFL's may be mailed/faxed to us and
MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED.
-Ammunition orders are separate from firearm orders. Ammunition
WILL NOT ship in same shipment as firearm orders.
-Ammunition orders will ship first. Handguns will ship next business day for same purchase.
-No sale of Ammunition in COOK County, Illinois. Illinois residents MUST have FOID card on file to purchase ammunition.
-No sale of Ammunition to MONTGOMERY County and ANNAPOLIS, Maryland residents.
-No sale of Ammunition or Firearms to the States of Massachusetts or New Jersey.
-No sale of Ammunition to Cincinnati, Ohio residents.
-No sale of Ammunition to New York City residents (all boroughs), or Yonkers, NY residents.
-Sale of Ammunition to Nevada residents MUST ship to a TYPE 01 FFL Dealer.
-ILLINOIS customers: NO Firearm sales to CHICAGO or COOK County. An FOID card must be on file for C&R Licensees to purchase C&R Firearms.
-MARYLAND customers: All C&R handguns MUST be sent to 01 FFL Dealers only. NO C&R long guns are eligible for purchase to MARYLAND residents.
-NEW YORK customers: All C&R handguns MUST be sent to 01 FFL Dealers only.
-CONNETICUT customers: NO C&R handgun sales to C&R Licensees.
-Long Gun/Ammunition orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. 1 - 5 Days.
-All Handgun orders must be phoned in. Handguns will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air to C&R Holders or via USPS Priority Mail to FFL Holders for a reduced shipping rate. Phone (734)225-7426 for ordering and shipping quotes, Monday thru Saturday during normal business hours.
-Special Order Items MUST be paid for in advance and have a NO-RETURN policy.
-Consignment fee is 15% of Final Sale Price. Call for consignment terms.
-SP Guns-N-Ammo charges a FEE of $25.00 for a "Dealer Transfer" to any non-FFL Holder.
-
Multiple Firearm "Dealer Transfer" rates per single transfer are as follows:
1 Firearm $25, 2-3 Firearms $45, 4-5 Firearms $85, 6-10 Firearms $125, 13 or more Firearms $170.
-Shipping costs are determined by
WEIGHT of purchase and purchaser's
RECEIVING ZIP CODE.
-If you wish to know shipping charges prior to ordering, you can call during normal business hours or send an email requesting shipping charge rates for you. Please include your Destination Zip Code, Product and Quantity you wish to order in your email.
-Any orders totaling over 65lbs. will be broken down as evenly as possible, into two shipments with additional shipping charges. Note: a case of ammo is approx. 28-40lbs., depending on ammo.
-Cases of ammunition will ship as individual cases, NOT combined.
-All orders are shipped via UPS. Call (734)225-7426 between the hours of 11am and 7pm EST, Monday thru Friday, to setup an appointment for pickup.
-PAYING by CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER, purchaser may call the order in by phone or purchaser must specify that they wish to pay by cash, check or money order by typing "Cash/Check/Money Order" (type only which payment method you are using, not all three) in the "FFL Text Field" on the CHECKOUT page when completing order form. Note: Order MUST be submitted with Credit Card information. Credit cards WILL NOT be charged when paying by cash, check or money order is specified in the "FFL Text Field".
-Orders paid by check/money order will not ship until check/money order has cleared. Normally, 3-7 business days.
-NO COD SHIPPED Orders accepted.

-Prices and availability of items is subject to change without notice.
-No Returns will be accepted after 20 days of the invoice date.
-No Returns on ammunition orders unless wrong product shipped by our error.
-Long Guns have a 3-day, no-fire inspection Return Policy unless otherwise stated.
-A Return Authorization number must be obtained before making any return. Call (734)225-7426 for Authorization number.
-Return Shipping Charges are the customers responsibility. If the wrong product was shipped by our error, shipping charges will be reimbursed to customer.
-Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a refund will be made.
-REFUNDS: Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (I.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account.) Credit Card refunds are subject to a 6% Return Fee. If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, where in our judgment the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
-NO EXCHANGES accepted.
-NO CALIFORNIA, NEW JERSEY, HAWAII, MASSACHUSETTS or WASHINGTON D.C. ORDERS ACCEPTED, we apologize for this inconvenience.
-Domestic US orders only. No International orders accepted.
